What's It Like Working With Me?
Whether you've never worked with a travel agent before or you're just curious about my processes, I've provided step-by-step instructions below on what to expect and how to get started.

Once you fill out the traveler lead form, I'll receive an email with your responses and send you a Calendly link to schedule your free consultation at your convenience.
Consultation
During the consultation, we will discuss your responses, and I will ask any clarifying questions I may have. This time is also mainly for me to point out any major concerns regarding your responses. For example, if the budget does not align with your expectations, how can that be overcome? Would you be open to changing your criteria?
You'll have the chance to ask any questions you have about my services as I explain in greater detail what to expect when working with me. Because every trip is a little different, I'll cover specifically what you can expect in your package.

Fee Payment
If we decide to proceed after our consultation, I'll send you an invoice for my non-refundable planning fee. Once paid, I will begin working on your personalized itinerary.

For most pricing, knowing how old each traveler will be at the time of travel is critical. This form asks for a lot more than your date of birth, but for good reason. If you are traveling internationally, it is essential you take your passport out and check your expiration date—the years tend to fly by! You may know your passport isn't expired, but some destinations restrict how much time you must have left before expiration when visiting.

The Big Reveal
This is the moment you've been waiting for! Once your itinerary is complete, I'll contact you to schedule a Zoom meeting. During that meeting, I'll walk you through your option(s) and, most importantly, explain why I chose these option(s) for you and what possible alternatives are.

Please note that the delivery time on initial itinerary presentations can vary based on the complexity of the trip and how many other itineraries I am working on at the time. During our consultation, I should be able to give you an estimated delivery window.

Decision + Deposit
Once you've decided on the details of your adventure, contact me. For most trips, only a minimal deposit is necessary to secure your booking. However, payment policies will depend on the supplier. Making installments once the deposit has been placed is usually possible, but this can vary. I can not guarantee a blanket payment schedule during our initial consultation.
Flight Booking Assistance
Undoubtedly, the best way to book flights is directly with the airline using your personal account, which either already exists or is created for the trip. I can dive deeper into this during our consultation, but I will suggest specific flights, work them into the budget, and we will discuss the pros and cons, as well as any related details. As an exception, I may suggest bundling flights for certain luxury suppliers.

I know how busy my clients are; after all, that's usually why they hired me! During the planning and booking phase, you will be given a lot of information, and while the Travefy app helps keep it all at your fingertips, reminders are also very important.

Why A Planning Fee?
It's no secret that travel agents make commission selling travel. So why do I charge a fee? So that I can continue to provide the extras.
